How Thriven collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Information Collection and Use

We collect personal information when you contact us, book or buy our services, or take part in our sessions. This may include your name, email address, phone number and billing details and, where relevant to your safety, health information you give us (see below). We use this information to provide you with services, send you information about your booking or purchase, respond to your enquiries, and process your payments.

‍

We may also collect information about how you use our website through cookies and similar technologies, such as which pages are visited. This helps us understand how visitors use our website so that we can continue to improve our services and user experience.

‍

Health information

If you take part in breathwork or other sessions, we may ask you to complete a consent form that includes health information, such as relevant health conditions and an emergency contact. This is sensitive information. We collect it only with your consent, use it to keep you safe and to decide whether a session is suitable for you, and share it only as set out in our Terms and Conditions or where the law allows or requires.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our services, such as our payment provider (Stripe), our form providers (Jotform and Microsoft Forms) and our website host (Webflow). These providers have their own privacy and security practices. We may also disclose your information where required or permitted by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to prevent a serious threat to the safety of a person.

‍

Where your information is stored

Some of the services we use, such as Stripe, Jotform, Microsoft Forms and Webflow, store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using our services you understand your information may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to choose providers with appropriate security practices.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law. After this time, we will securely dispose of or de-identify it.

‍

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including keeping health and consent information in secure online accounts that only we can access.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.
